Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final
Once payment is completed, your registration for RAG From Scratch is non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend the live session. Please make sure you can commit to the workshop date before registering.
Why no refunds
Seats are limited and prepared for in advance. Every registered participant also receives the full workshop recording regardless of whether they attend live — so even if you can't make the live session, you still get full access to the content.
If we cancel or reschedule
The one exception: if DEEPDIVE cancels or reschedules the workshop for any reason, every registered participant will be notified by email and offered either a full refund or a seat at the rescheduled date, whichever they prefer.
Transferring your seat
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else. Email hello@deepdive.dev with the new participant's name, email, and phone number before the workshop date, and we'll update the registration.
