What we collect

When you register for a workshop, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and college/organization. Payment details (card, UPI, etc.) are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay — we never see or store your full card or bank details ourselves.

How we use it

• To confirm your registration and process payment
• To send you confirmation, setup instructions, and workshop-related emails via Resend
• To show you your registration status on your dashboard
• To generate your certificate of completion after the workshop

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged into your dashboard once you register or log in. It doesn't track you across other websites, and it isn't used for advertising.

Third parties we use

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Resend — sending transactional emails

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for as long as reasonably needed for support, records, and to re-issue a certificate if requested. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@deepdive.dev.
